WhatsApp payment reminders

What is WhatsApp payment reminder automation?

WhatsApp payment reminder automation reads overdue invoices from your accounting software and sends each customer a polite reminder with the amount due and a UPI payment link. It repeats on a schedule you choose and stops the moment the payment is recorded, so nobody has to chase payments by phone.

How it works

  1. 1

    Invoice overdue

Each day the system checks your receivables in Tally or your accounting software for invoices past their due date.

  2. 2

    Reminder + UPI link

The customer gets a WhatsApp message from your business number with the invoice number, amount and a UPI link or QR code.

  3. 3

    Stops when paid

Once the receipt is entered, reminders stop. Customers who still haven’t paid after the last reminder are listed for a call.

Who it’s for

  • Distributors and wholesalers with many credit customers
  • Service businesses that bill monthly
  • CA firms collecting fees from clients
